PEN-200 is OffSec's foundational penetration testing course, built around the well-known Kali Linux platform and covering practical offensive techniques including XSS, SQL injection, privilege escalation, and cloud exploitation across more than 20 modules and roughly 320 hours of content. The course pairs video instruction with hands-on labs and challenge labs simulating realistic environments.
PEN-200 leads to the OSCP (and OSCP+) certification, widely regarded as one of the most respected hands-on penetration testing credentials in the industry, with the exam itself requiring candidates to demonstrate live exploitation skills rather than answer multiple-choice questions.
